Looks right to me, with one exception in item 2. There's no absolute altitude cap, just 400' above the top of the structure. So, you could climb to 1400' AGL over a 1000' AGL structure.
On added requirement - Part 107 pilots flying above 400'...
Just wanted to confirm my understanding that:
1. Recreational pilots are capped at 400 ft AGL
2. Part 107 pilots can add 400 feet above and around a structure for a max of 800 feet.
