    You need to use the H265 setting or buy the full version of DR. I had the same issue, H264 will play in VLC. Recorded some holiday pics in H264 but could not use the footage in DR. So done some hunting on line. Turns out you can covert the footage, 264 to 265, but you will loose out on quality...

    H.264 or H.265?

    My Air 2S defaults to H265 in D-log yet the Mini3 allows either H264 or H265 for D-cinelike. I cannot open the Mini3 H264 D-cinelike to edit (can view in VLC though) on Win 10. Why no choice in Air 2S but options (and hence posible wrong choice) in mini 3?
