YYRauste replied to the thread Can you?? Fly to 5000 feet??.I think the safety is achieved by airspace reservation (e.g. by a NOTAM). As far as I know, that is how the air control organizations treat scientific UAS flights (those that do not fit to open category) here (Finland).
