@YVRGUY there are quite a few possibilities here. The flight data will likely show what happened and should be the easiest way to track down the cause with minimal troubleshooting.

Not being able to calibrate your controller while in flight makes sense, but, swapping controllers in my opinion would eliminate my idea.
