(Except that the video is either blurry (0,0,0) or flickering (+1,0,0), yesterday suddenly the gimbal moved to 45° by itself and got stuck, I get NFZ warnings but I am not near a NFZ...

    How did you solve your problem? I experience the same issue "Factory reset failed!" I am on firmware v 01.03.1000 The Dji support is a bad joke (at least the chat), any help is appreciated.
