That clip was just stock footage of a drone that they inserted into the video, apparently to show viewers what one looks like. By the time that video was made, the actual drone was on its way to the police property room. Even if it had been the drone from the incident, the police would never have allowed reporters to borrow evidence of a possible crime for their story.

Regarding the make and model of the drone, I asked how anyone could know that since I've seen nothing that specific in any report. Then I spotted a claim on Twitter from an out-of-town reporter claiming he was told by a Columbus policeman that it was a Mavic Pro. I haven't seen any confirmation of that and I've learned not to completely trust that reporter since he's a bit too prone to spreading unverified "facts".

It's perfectly possible the drone in question was a Mavic Pro, but in an abundance of caution I decided to delete the post pending more information.

P.S. My one and only drone is a Mavic Air. My first love is photography and I bought it, and use it, for aerial photography and rarely shoot video. The Mavic Air does a fine job with stills, and I could afford it, so I can't complain.
