bad camera files

Hey guys. i bought a new drone 1 week ago and i used today. and i took some photos when i come home , i downloaded photos on go 4 app, but quality is very low, how can i change photo quality?

I have had this happen twice now..... Mavic Pro, 64Meg 4k Sd card .. No Mods or alterations.. no crashes ..other than a minor catch in a low hedge, only nicked 1 prop. Out flying and taking a combo of video and still shots, then will start recording again... to have it stop on its own after...
