bird of prey

Hi there ive just started flying a mavic 2 and live in the upper hunter NSW. The last 2 flights I have had wedge tail eagles almost take me out. Looks like pretty much any escarpment has a local one. Im not sure if they are a bit afraid of drone as they haven hit but come straight across nose...

So the other day I was flying with my Mavic Pro over the river near my hometown. Just cruisin', as the weather was quite ok for the first time in days, but nothing special to film. I spotted a bird in the distance, and tried to get a bit closer, but I could have never dreamt of how the footage...

So, I'm flying this morning and see a couple big birds stalking the MP. Luckily, I was recording. This is a screen shot. So, any bird experts - - what is this? Eagle? Hawk? Vulture?
