My first try at color correction and upload video to youtube in 4K resolution.
I hope feedback for my video and recommendations what I can do better. Recommendations for color grade? How to make interesting video?
I have been doing some research into LUT's for quite some time now.
I found a lot of different packs, both free and paid.
Because there are so many it's hard for me to make a choice.
For example groundcontrol has a few: Drone LUTs
I'm looking for a LUT pack that has just the basics...
Hi Mavic Pilots,
I tried out several color profiles and have to say that the normal profile gives me a really decent video quality. I have set my sharpness to +1 and I have the feeling that this gives me the most natural video.
Anything that's not that good about the normal color profile?
I haven't seen many videos out there comparing the Aurora LUTs offered by PolarPro. I decided to purchase them and I did a comparison of all 12 presets. I used the same clips for all the different LUTs for comparison.
I also used a PolarPro ND/8-PL filter for these samples.
You might think that color correction is too difficult to learn and you will be better off with the standard footage from the done. Trust me, the process is super easy with the use of LUT’s or look up tables It’s well worth spending a little time on post processing getting a far better result...
Here is my second video made during sunset in my hometown (Hellevoetsluis, Netherlands).
