Anyone know what is going on with DDS - DJI Drone Service in NJ - they have had my DJI Mini 3 pro since mid April (Fed EX confirmed delivery - and website still shows "Waiting For Drone" and no way to leave a voice mail message and they are non-responsive to emails. I know of at least one other...

I brought my mini 2 down to DDS, since it is not far from where I live...they gave me a quote the next day and I should have it back by Tuesday. I crashed it on Wed - brought it to DDS on Thursday, quote on Fri morning. I have the two year replacement with DJI, but the part was not that...
