dji refurbished

This is the third refurbished DJI drone that I've purchased. I know the Mavic 3 pro was just released, but I've always tried to take advantage of deals that may result from new releases, and/or catch a refurb of a drone I've wanted. I saved over $400 on this Air 2S Fly More Combo.

I've read similar posts but find it frustrating that I can't resolve this. I bought a Mavic 2 pro and smart controller about a month ago with few if any problems. Since the last firmware update, the video STOPS RECORDING within 15 seconds and controller goes to 'go fly' screen. Over and over...
