mavic 2 pro video flashing

I know there is a thread on this already but I can’t find it. I’m fixing a Mavic 2Pro for a guy who crashed it and had to buy it. Some gimbal parts, new signal cable, Yaw motor, gimbal mount and some props and I’m all good right? Wrong. There are flashing white and black lines in the video...
