mavic 3 activetrack

I recently contacted DJI in regards to a flyaway with my Mavic 3 drone. I initially thought the drone was lost because I was using active track and it disappeared. They responded to me 2 days later that the drone cannot sense small or fine objects and the best they could do was offer me 15% off...
