I have been using v700 on the RC and Mavic with my Galaxy Tab A as the Go 4 host. I had to start the RC, Mavic, then Tab A in that order or Go 4 would not work. Even then, I would occasionally need to restart the Tab A. The Here map stopped working and the Go 4 app just seemed to get more...
