where to buy

I've owned the DJI Phantom 2 and the Phantom 3A. Both times I ordered direct from DJI. Never had a problen with them albeit, never had to contact them for service or help. Anyone suggest which would be better for tech questions/help etc. Apple store, Best Buy, local Drone dealers? Also, Tax on a...
