I have been a very happy and proud owner of a Apple Studio Display, It seems however that this diplay is limited to 8 Bit.

I am pretty new to video and i am interrested in recording in D-Log with a Mavic 3 pro which is 10 Bit.

Do you guys have or use a 10 Bit monitor to grade your content? Just wondering how much difference it would make in real life.

8 bits will have 2^8 i.e. 256 shades of grey (or a particular colour) whereas 10 bit will have 2^10 i.e. 1024 shades. This will reduce banding in areas of varying colour such as the sky.
