I am fairly sure that an Nvidia TV Shield Pro could play the footage with KODI installed. Those are supposed to handle up to 8K. You can just plug in the SD card from the drone to the SD slot on Nvidia (configured as an external drive as opposed to internal memory). KODI also can play from an NAS server such as FREENAS or TRUENAS. Firestick may work as well with the NAS server. A Plex server may also work with your firestick.
