Mini 4 Pro a bit of a scare

You should also use more caution when flying along a dam as most are generating electricity.

That whole area looks fraught with danger for flying UAVs - hazards in most directions !

Those wires don't seem to have a purpose except to catch drones

I have done a lot of weir flying at various locations on the Thames
Always check before visually for wires especially if you fly through these structures !
I like to fly close to water with O/C off ! As a warning the splash from these weirs is not contant
Go towards the end of my video and you will see how the water rises and falls ! Get too close and you might see your drone floating down the river !
wires are strung across rivers so watch out

In this one I only just missed these wires early on in the video and saw them last second realising I was just going to clear so another tip unless you fly an SSA ( sector safe altitude ) do not use automatics you will not have the split second avoiding ability you do flying procedures manually ! Yes have O/A on other than close to water but automatics off
