To me it seems Night Mode doesn't do much other then zoom in a bit..

The Night Mode shot looks sharper and less noisy to me than the Normal mode. The lights also appear brighter in the background on the Night Mode. Either way, both shots are proof of how good the Mavic 3 4/3 sensor is at night!

Is this video taken before or after the M3 upgrade?
 
Do you have a 107 license or you can just fly there, at night no less?
Hobby and this area is not in Class B. I had 3 strobes running, matter of fact someone I know was photographing the city from 6 miles away and he saw my drone..

Didn't notice noise but wasn't processing the file
No Dlog, just normal profile
4K 30 in night mode 1/30th F:2.8 ISO 1600
