Probably can’t be done in the fly app. Unless the thing you want to call out is absolutely stationary in the frame during the clip you usually have to use motion tracking to track the object you want to call out which is a fairly intensive process.

No can do. You'll need to use a more sophisticated video editor, like Premiere Pro, where you can overlay titles and text.
