air 2s and rc controller

Should the right wheel on rc controller operate zoom on air 2s, does not seem to, also if I connect USB to a USB port, my PC does not see it as a drive to download from sd card

Zoom is only available in video mode on the air 2s

Far as USB port. Are you plugging the USB I to the air 2s?

If so the drone has to be turned on (make sure the gimbal protector isn't still on) for it tod o anything.

But the best result is to use an SD card reader rather than plugging the drone in directly for transfer.
