Air 2S SD Card error

Hello,

There is an error with the SD Card and Air 2S

If we format the sd card on the Air 2S, we take photos or videos and transfer the files to our pc, everything is working fine. But if we remove the sd card and immediately put it back on the pc, we get the message that the card needs to be formatted we cannot see our files. We have tried several sd cards and it is always the same.

If we format the sd card on the pc, everything works fine. But the problem comes back if we format the sd card on the Air 2S.

We don't have this problem with the Mavic 2 Pro or the Inspire 2.

Do you have this problem?

Not at all. I always format in the drone and transfer files via the card.

have you tried to read your sd card on your pc, remove it and put it back and try to read it a second time?

I have the same problem when formatting on the drone or on the pc.

I just bought a new Air 2s with the RC Pro controller. Brand new SD San Disk SD 256 card. Never inserted it into my PC and it went from the package to the drone. It was recognized and I formatted it in my drone. Set it as the default recording spot and took a test flight today. When I got back and put the card in my laptop I got the same issue as the OP. Card needs to be formatted!!! Grrrr...

I think a lot of these problems are related to the card reader. I had a sporadic problem Neil I bought a new reader.
