This is tangential but I'm compelled to share. I think this happens a lot more than we know. My nephew worked for GM as a director of quality but his education was in antenna propagation. He found where the brake systems used by GM were subject to outside interference and could suffer from roll on accidents. GM had no ears for that. Not long after he left GM in disgust.
… or their infamous $0.50 savings on the ignition interlock that killed many drivers by locking the steering wheel unexpectedly. A known issue, yet they kept using it, killing more drivers.
I won’t support a company owning that culture.

My opinion, this is the reason behind RID, so Amazon doesn’t have to worry about running into Joe Average drone.
