I am thinking of a Samsung Tab E which I think runs Android 4.4.4 . Will this be OK for DJI Go 4?
 
Most likely not. The minimum stated requirements are Android 5.0 or above. There are plenty of inexpensive and good quality tablets out there with much newer operating systems.
