Any ideas for settings for better pictures?

Any advice for this picture or settings on my Mavic?

That is not good. Do all your pictures have the watercolor effect?

Never use JPG as the first advice (That photo looks to be a jpg with sharpening at 0 or below).
Don't use an ND filter as it'll reduce the shutter speed and increase blurring.
Know the limitations of the camera. The mavic has really poor dynamic range so scenes with big differences in brightness are poor - use HDR or bracketing for something like the above

Avoid shooting towards the sun as that creates even higher dynamic range that the Mavic cannot handle. Shoot in raw.

No. It's just the way the light filters through the could.

The photo lost resolution after posting it on here. Going back to the original photo it looks fine but on here it looks different.

So fix the sharpening to what? I don't use filters. At least not yet.

Shoot your scenes in AEB mode and take 3 exposures. One above standard exposure , one at standard exposure, and one below standard exposure. Then combine them in Photomatix Pro. You can adjust the image within the program. It allows HDR photo manipulation and the key is to only process while being subtle. Overprocessed HDR photos look just that - OVERPROCESSED

Shoot your photos in .DNG as thats what photomatix will work with.
