Any way to save horribly shot footage?

I took a really big trip last year (motorbiked Vietnam North to South) and most of the shots I took were a bit rushed now that I look over the footage. I thought the original blurriness was due to the -1 sharpness setting but I have some videos that look really crisp (same settings) but the others are blurry and the fog/overcasts weather definitely didn't help

Is there anyway to make all of the footage look really sharp and nice again? I filmed everything at 4k 30fps d log. Would it be possible to downgrade everything to 1080 to salvage the view-ability? Complete noob with DaVinci Resolve. Any recommendations or links would be greatly appreciated thanks

If they're blurry because they're out of focus there's not much you can do to save them... been there, done that, had to cheat - see 2:29 in this video

You may be able to salvage - as in improve - some of it but that would be on a case by case basis and some might be beyond help. This is a situation where you'll have to start hitting the learning curve of whatever software you want to use. Resolve is a good choice, I use Vegas, others might have some things you can do in Premiere or Final Cut. Your first step is figuring out what is wrong with each shot - over exposed, over saturated colors, under exposed, whatever - and research what fix the software you're using can apply. You might also try grabbing a frame as a still and processing that to see what you can do. It'd be faster than trial and error on a whole clip.

Yeah looks exactly like 2:29 :(... I guess at this point any other creative "cheats" I can employ? The shots are more for the feeling/memory than visual I just don't want it to take away from the main story
