Anyone using Hammer flights?

All you're giving them is your email address...the very thing you're using to contact them. The reason they need it is because the app is housed in "Testflight" which is a way they can take it from you (has expiration date of 72 days). You'll get an email with an invitation to download it. App seems legit...lots of options or flightplans. Seems powerful.

I had terrible experience. The company is located overseas by the way if you need to sue them, forget it. I really wanted to bring this to a court ...... After couple of tests, drone started to freeze and my drone crashed right after hitting the home button on Hammer App, it was motionless until I hit the home button. First I thought this could be a hardware issue but later when checked the flight log files with the developers, there was no error on the log files, everything was working fine. This drone operates with DJI and Litchi apps with no issues. Hammer app is a different story.

After contacting the customer service, analyzing the flight logs, developer claimed that it was because of poor satellite reception, DJI's own coding etc etc. Blaming everything except their app. A simple question was not clarified; how came Hammermissions App could override DJI's obstacle avoidance system!!!! Drone crashed itself to a wall facing a wall.

I am an engineer with 30+ years of experience . This company is not honest. As soon as I raised my concerns, I was told to read terms and conditions of the app, company is not responsible for anything!!

Be aware, you are going to be the test platform, crash test dummy of an overseas company. Sad.....

I have 4 files, one of them filtered by the system which is called "Hammer.missions" without an extension. I was not able to upload it.
Here are the summary of all 3 flights;
- Flight #1: app took the drone to a mapping path, started to take pictures in about 50% of the mission, because of a battery alarm, returned home safely by itself.
- Flight #2: after replacing the battery, I restarted the mapping, drone took off, hovered around 2 meters vertically and stayed there doing nothing, I noticed there was an issue, at this time no errors appeared on the screen, I pushed the return home button on Hammer App, drone landed safely.
- Flight #3: I restarted the mapping, drone took off, reached 3-4 meters vertically, hovered there doing nothing, no errors received, after waiting a minute or so I pushed the return home button on the app, suddenly drone speeded towards a wall and crashed.

this was the sad story!
