App not Connecting

I recently downloaded the latest update for DJI4 and did a quick test flight to make sure everything was in working order and it was. A few days have passed and I went out for a flight today and the app will not connect. The RC connects normally and all systems are a go, but the app will not connect. I turned everything off and tried again...no luck. Checked all connector cables and all is good. I deleted the app and reloaded it. Still not connecting. Any thoughts?

Let us know what you are connecting to and someone might have a specific idea. I just have the standard:

• Connect via bottom USB port and unplug short cable from side of RC.
• Try a different data cable (make sure it is not a charge only cable).
• Clean out the connection port on your device. Phones especially are susceptible to lint slowly filling in the port leading to connection problems.
• Put your device in airplane mode with all other apps shut down.
• Shut down your device, start up RC & MP & verify they are communicating, connect your device to RC, start device.
