Looks like I’m grounded and offline for a while. Walking across the parking lot to see my new dentist this afternoon and soething struck me in the eye. I noticed something was off when I got inside. Got the clipboard and handed it to my wife and went to the bathroom. While washing my hands I looked at the mirror and my eye was bleeding. I got struck in the eye by something in the the strong wind we had blowing today. The eye doctor had to dig in out (unfun] and now I have bandages and and eye patch. So I’m signing off for awhile so later.

Why'd you put my pic up there? No sorry, I only have a good left eye. I busted my right eye with a pair of needle nose pliers when I was 17

I got some good news today. My Docor checked on me again and said I was very, very lucky and should recover ok. It missed my cornea and looks to be healing well which was reassuring. I’m having a hard time going outside now without wearing sunglasses after this though.

Thank you. I’ve just been taking it easy and being careful not to rub the eye. I think I might get out of a few chores this weekend..

I have one of those funnels for the dog left over from its last stint at the vet if it helps LOL

I’m very sorry to hear about your accident and injury PINEBARON. When I was 20 I almost lost both eyes due to a battery explosion at work. I got treatment very quickly and was able to keep my sight.
