Attitude and gps mode

Hello, I bought mavic pro and unfortunately have problem with it. Every time when I push the button"start fly" it asks me to activate dron, I'm doing everything in the steps, and at the end when I write my account, it writes me "activated failed". Also it shows me "gps mode" I was trying different e-mails and different phones, also I wrote to dgi, they told me that my dron has already activated.

Hello all I am having a problem with my DJI mavic pro with trying to take off the controller is stuck on Attitude and GPS mode and I don't have a baldy how to get it of and the phone app is saying disconnected may someone help please??
