Authorization for restricted areas

Hello trying to fly in a blue area but having trouble, the software tells me cannot fly and when i try to fill out the info like United States, then go to the next part to fill out the united state is removed and wont let me submit.

It is unclear to me what app you are using or the device you use to access it. Please advise.with more details on your attempts to request flight clearance

I get flight clearance, when needed, using AirMap as my go to app for this.I never ask DJI.
