backup dji folder on phone gets error

I am trying to copy the files from my phone dji.go.v4 folder to my Windows 10 computer. Everything copies until I get to the Flight Record & LOG folders. I won't copy the .DAT and .LOG files. I get a 0x80004005 unspecified error.

any ideas?

thks for the reply BDOG. I have been there/done that. It does not appear to be system related - IE it does it on any computer. Are you saying you can transfer these files no problem?
