Does anybody know if the 10 pin battery connector that is fixed to the dji power brick is a proprietary design or has anyone seen a similar connector elsewhere?

Not only is it a proprietary (custom) interface, they seem to change it for every (new) drone; this keeps you from using/re-using batteries across products. The only way they can justify this is: every drone has a unique weight/power ratio, which allows for varied battery sizes/capacities.

My Hanatora charge connects directly to the pins on the MP2 batteries. They make one for each DJI drone. Fast too... 4 batteries from 20% or so to full in about 90 minutes.
