Battery mavic air con not charge

I try charge mavic air battery but battery can not charge and the indicator light flashes Which is just one near to the switch button.

You're sure the battery was not recently used on the Air, and still warm? This is what happens anytime I try to charge the battery after removing from a recent flight - I have to wait several minutes for the battery to cool down - before charging will begin.
