BATTERY ONE LIGHT AND WON'T CHARGE

I used my Mavic for a short flight about 3 weeks ago. When I just recently went to charge the battery, as it was at about 20% and one light, I noticed after an hour it was still on one solid light and not charging. Is there something I can do to jump start this battery? Thanks

Also, when inserted in drone , the app shows Warning Low Battery, so it's not completely dead and all three cells are equal in voltage value.

Might be worth starting up your drone without propellers attached and spin-up the motors for a few seconds and then try charging again. I had one of my M2P batteries do exactly the same and after a quick spin-up it charged normally and has stayed good for the best part of two-years now.

That happened to me as well. The solution I found was to leave it on the charger and eventually, it started to charge.
