Battery Turns on IPhone doesn't Connect ???

So my other two battery's everything works fine when I was camping I was charging my 3rd battery in the car and I noticed it was stuck on two lights only lit up so I waited plugged it back in on the outlet inside the house and then it charged up just fine. But now when I use the third battery in the Mavic and power everything up it turns on my drone but when I connect my iPhone to the remote controller it never connects in the DJI go app only for this battery this happens my other two when I plug in my phone it connects automatically.... can someone please help me solve this specific problem I searched all the threads for a battery issues and saw a few different ways to open the battery and rebooted and also to download The assistant thing or whatever but most of the fix is you have to update the new firmware with the battery in the Mavic and I don't want to update to 900 I'm on 800 is there really a difference
