Best setting for sunset with ND filter

Beach sunset tonight, I want a good setting camera, with or without ND filter

Watching with interest as I plan on a beach/escarpment sunset shoot today. Have been shooting with ND4 filter so far.

Cook, a few things to look for or at least as a starting point. Shoot at 30 or 24 FPS and maintain an EV value between -0.7 to +0.5. Use an ND filter to achieve this value. Set the camera to manual, the ISO at 400 or less. I also would shoot in 4k. Again, use this as a starting point and modify to taste.
