Black screen problem

I used to have a problem with my old Mavic Pro: the bottom of my tablet screen (a Nexus 7) would go black and so I would only see the top third of the image while flying.

I bought a new Mavic, so this means the aircraft is new and the controller is new, but I still get this problem. Any suggestions please?

If this is happening to 2 different Mavic, I would try another phone.
