bought a lightly used Mavic pro last week first thing I did when I got it noticed there was a new firmware update for it so did that, also calibrated the gimbal....now noticed when the drone sits for a few days and I go and turn it on the camera is blurry not just on the edges but the whole picture is blurry, if I shut it off and turn it on most times it is still blurry so the next step I do it shut the Go App of and restart it to see if the blurry goes away sometimes it does but yet sometimes it takes a couple of tries of shutting drone or the go app off and on before it clears up, once it clears up I can restart it over and over again and it is clear every single time, the blurryness only seems to happen after it sits for a while not being used, sounds silly but that seems to be when it starts, just wondering if it could be the firmware update that caused this, I talked with the fellow I bought it from he said never had a problem with a blurry camera, so the only thing I can think of I did was a firmware update after I got it, so wondering if this could be the cause of it?
anyone have any ideas..
Thanks

erm.. did you focus the image?
it doesnt help, the blurryness is as soon as it starts up tapping screen doesnt help to focus, restarting the drone or the Go App helps most times but the problem seems to happen after the drone has sat for a week or so or even a few days, had it sitting on the table now all evening, when I first started it up the screen view was blurry, restarted the drone didnt help restarted the app didnt help shut drone off restarted bang crystal clear, tried multiple times this evening turning off and on clear every time just seems to happen after it sits for a few days

What happens when you tap to focus?
it tries to focus and adjusts like it focused, I dont think thats the problem thou, because when its blurry when I first start it up the whole image is blurry not just the edges but the whole picture and if I snap a picture the whole photo is blurry

yes I know that im not new to drones, have a phantom 3 pro and an inspire 1 and a mavic, tapping to focus does nothing doesnt make it clear until I try the restarting either the drone or the app a few times

Yer new to drones and you didn’t mess around it seems. When I was new.... I bought a 100 buck Propel.haha. The Inspire is Top of the line. But The Propel almost killed my interest before I even learned! Both of them flew away!! I’m convinced that u pay for what u get..with Drones like many things.

I'm having the EXACT same issue. The camera had issues last year when I bought it and they replaced it with a replacement in August 2018. I'm the SAME situation as you and barely use it but every time I do it's blurry. Sometimes resetting the Gimbal or recalibrating or resetting camera settings fixes it temporarily but now all of those things don't work.

I bought the DJI Refresh with the replacement but will I really need to pay $79 to replace this even though I didn't crash it or do anything? This seems to be a known issue.
