Blurry footage

Just switch to ios and found that its hard to focus .
This footage shot at ~3pm with a ND16 DLog.
I shot it a bit under exposure so i did some color grad only.

Is this problem cause by underexposure or its a conflict with .400 firmware and the latest ios app?
Or even a hardware problem?
