Just took my brand new mavic out for it's first few flights this weekend, and mid-flight the video feed/image transmission keeps failing and going black. I've tried taking out the SD card (slightly better, but feed still cut out eventually), and flying airplane mode (didn't help).
I'm guessing it might be an issue with the RC cable that came with the drone. Does this sound likely? Is it worth it to simply return it for a new drone? I'm still under a 2 week return policy. I also already got it insured by Statefarm, so I'm worried about any hassle with getting a new product.
