Cable issue?

Hi, I have sometimes problem to connect the Samsung S7 to the Mavic when I use the controller. Is it a cable issue or a app problem?

Pick up a plastic thin whatever and clean your USB port up. Make sure the USB plug goes all the way in!

Take away the little sliding frame that holds the phone's side of the cable so you get it hanging loose. Makes plugging in a lot easier.
