.cache on drone itself?

What exactly is the .cache file on the Air2 itself when I plug it into a computer. It is 190 megs so not annoying me but wondering if cleaning house here would be a good idea as im pulling off some pics that went to the drone and not the sdcard.

Ancient Chinese secrets.... Seriously though DJI has certain files that only they can read. I mean I had to upload my ENTIRE DJI folder to a google drive, to validate a warranty issue with them. I will follow thread to see if anyone has any idea, I am very curious myself.

I just wipe it every time I unload the memory card.
