Cache problem with Smart Controller and MA2

Hi all, would like to report the following issue. Anyone can help?

PROBLEM:
Cannot cache video's to Smart Controller, both not to internal storage and external storage. Only captures a fraction of a second.
DETAILS:
Aircraft : DJI Mavic Air 2
Mavic Air 2 Firmware : 01.01.0610
DJI Fly Version : 1.2.4 (Android)
DJI Smart Controller Firmware : 01.00.0880
Android Version : 7.1.2
Installed Cards in Smart Controller and Aircraft : 64GB External SD Card - ScanDisk Extreme 160/60 MB/s

Does it write full video to card in drone? If so you might try clearing cache on controller and seeing how much ram is available on SC.
