Hi everyone, pretty new here and hoping for some help.

I have never crashed this drone but after traveling I have noticed that the camera/gimbal is hanging to the left after traveling with it in a proper case with the plastic camera protector attached. Gimbal recalibration and IMU calibration have no helped. The gimbal shock absorber is not broken.

The gimbal assembly is attached to the suspended base with two screws. Assuming the suspension base is inside the travel limit tabs, it “looks” like either the screws are loose, or the arm that receives the screws is stripped or broken, or the suspension base is cracked. It seem very unlikely that such things could happen without impact, but that’s what the pictures tell me.

If you could bring it over to my house, I could fix it … 45 minutes tops. ?

Colorado buddy! Welcome to the forum!

It's hard to tell from the photos, but it looks like the shock absorber bracket attached to the gimbal might be bent. It's aluminum, so if that's the problem you might be able to bend it back, but it might be easier (and a longer-term fix) to just go ahead and replace the plate. If you've got some previous electronics repair experience (or just don't mind digging into your drone on your own) the part's inexpensive, and as far as repairs go it's not hard (I had a different issue, same part a few years back and was able to replace it without issue). You can get an OEM one on Amazon for $15ish.

Take a good look under the camera bracket - there is a metal tab at the back - sometimes the plate which mounts the camera can work lose due to the rubbers on each corner - easy fix......good luck
