This is not a DJI drone so I am not sure if I am going to get busted for this.
Suddenly I find myself with more drones than I can fly and more on the way. This is my first and it comes highly rated. It is a Ruko F11 Pro.
New it sell for around $300 and this has exactly 8 flights on it. It is not a bad drone, but it has some issues that drive me crazy as opposed to my Mini 2 and Phantom 3.
#1--you have to calibrate the GPS and compass before every single flight. This is the biggest thing. I did not calibrate the compass once and it took off and flew into the vinyl siding of my home. I would not call it a crash, but it does have scuff marks. Then I read the manual.
#2--the batteries last a long time but also take a while to charge. About an hour or so just plugged into a standard charger. The kit comes with 2 but don't think you can decide to go fly and get in the air in 10 minutes.
#3-- it is over 250 grams and is the reason I bought my Mini 2 after learning this.
#4--I have to take my phone out of the case to get it to fit on the mount.
The good stuff is it has follow me and gestures and waypoints and other features even though I have not used any of them. I discovered DJI after buying this and now just need it gone for a reasonable price to help pay for DJI FPV.
If you need a good drone for a reasonable price and don't mind the quirks, this may be for you. Pictures to follow.
