I have a new out of the box Mavic air 2. Everything works fine except for the camera. If you were to face the drone and camera, the camera is not setting horizontally. It is about 45 degrees in a counterclockwise position. The drone has flown but never crashed. Gimble moves freely powered off (zero restrictions) so I know dirt and dust is not an issue.I have already updated the DJI fly app, and firmware. I completed the factory update, gimbal and IMU calibration and anything else I can find on the internet. The only thing I have not done is disassemble and check on the ribbon cable. That may void warranty?? It seems to fly ok if you don't mind viewing it at 45 degrees off center. I would really appreciate any input you may have. I was hoping it was a software issue, but I am not convinced. Please help if you can. Thank you.
