Camera movement

Hello everyone. Im new to this so if Im asking this in the wrong place I apologize! I have a DJI Air S2 and the camera works fine however it will not go up or down, Any ideas on whats wrong and how to fix it without a complete replacement?

If you move the control wheel and the gimble does not move up and down…and there is no foam piece interfering there is little to do but contact DJI as far as I know. I had a similar issue with the gimble that moved but did not stop in a normal fashion. The drone was replaced.
