Hello there

I had a Mavic Pro that got damaged which I sent to Holland and I am convinced the camera on the replacement is below par. I have read everything, tweaked settings, calibrated gimbal and IMU but the photographs and vide are very poor.

This is one from my first Mavic ProDJI_0094.JPG

As you can see, pin sharp with lots of detail. All automatic settings.

Here is one taken recently in fantastic light. In both cases the sun was behind and shining on the subject. The difference is, this was taken by my replacement Mavic Pro

DJI_0072.JPG

Focus point was taken on both.

The biggest difference is video. This one taken recently with lighting conditions perfect

There is a distinct lack of detail even though taken at 1080P 50fps

Compare this with my Phantom 3 advanced same settings

Any advice would be appreciated

I have found a wide variation in the focus clarity of Mavic Pro lens units. Over the last year, I have acquired five lenses. Only two of then have good focus over the entire field of view. The others generally have poor focus on a confined area on the right side. You may simply have a poor lens, and good ones are hard to predict and acquire.
