Can’t find the USB charging setting

For the life of me I can’t find the setting again. I can’t even find the threads that it was previously discussed. Can someone point me in the right direction, please? Cheers.

Gotcha. I use both android and iOS so I know I saw it. I was hoping to shut it off on Android but apparently not. Arg.
